Earlier this month on the 6th of May 2019, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed into the world their first child, a son.
The public announcement of the birth was made by the Duke himself.
A couple of days afterwards, the Duke and Duchess made their first public appearance as a family with their newborn son, who shall be known as the Earl of Dumbarton.
Baby Sussex 1.0 has been named Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor
Despite Meghan’s initial plan for a home birth, Baby Archie was overdue by almost a week and according to the birth certificate, it seems that the Duchess eventually gave birth at London’s Portland hospital.
With the birth of Prince Harry’s first child, Archie Harrison aka the Earl of Dumbarton, is currently 7th in line to the throne of the British Monarchy.
Many congratulations to the Duke and Duchess on this very happy occasion of the birth of their son.
