Royals Attend The Annual National Portrait Gallery Gala

This evening, HRH Catherine the Duchess Of Cambridge the annual Portrait Gala, hosted by the NATIONAL PORTRAIT GALLERY.

This year’s Portrait Gala will support ‘Inspiring People: Transforming our National Portrait Gallery’, a project for the complete renewal of the Gallery that will see a significant refurbishment of the building.

Also in attendance was HRH Princess Beatrice, who made her first official public appearance with her new boyfriend, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

Princess Beatrice was dressed in an Alaia red velvet shirt dress, nipped at the waist with an elaborate red leather belt with silver studs.

Her outfit was completed with a Cartier bracelet and Jimmy Choo ‘Daphne’ black suede platform shoes.

In addition to meeting members of the Gallery’s Youth Forum, Catherine also viewed artwork produced by some of the National Portrait Gallery’s outreach schemes.
