Did you know that you can send a letter or Christmas card to a Royal Family member?
For avid royalists and fans of the Royal Family, the festive season is a perfect time to send your favourite Royal a Christmas card.
Below are the addresses of key Royal Family members, should you choose to send them a Christmas card or simply write a letter.
You never know – they just might write back!
Do bear in mind though, that it is more likely that their royal secretary or lady-in-waiting that would send you a response.
However, first things first!
Before you go post your letter or card, here are some guidelines you should follow.
KEEP IT BRIEF
Royals are very busy and have a tight daily schedule. They will not have the time to be reading lengthy messages, so do keep your writing brief, concise and to the point.
BE COURTEOUS
You must be mindful of letter-writing etiquette when you write to the Royals. Be sure to also use their proper title.
Always begin your opening salutation with “Madam” for female royal members or “Sir” for male royal members, and always sign off your letter with either “Yours Faithfully” or “Yours Sincerely”
If you are British or a member of the Commonwealth, you should end your letter to the Queen with: “I remain, Madam, Your Majesty’s humble and obedient servant.”…..
And then add your name, including your title. Eg “Mr” or “Mrs”, “Dr.” etc
In the body of the letter, always address royal members with the titles “HRH” as “Your Highness” and address the Queen as “Your Majesty”

FOR GOD, QUEEN, AND COUNTRY
Do you have a current address for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex or do we still send to Buckingham Palace?
No I do not have their current address
Now that Prince Andrew is no longer using his HRH in official capacity how do we address envelopes to him? Do we n just put Duke of York ?
Yes, I think that would be fine. You can also simply use “Prince Andrew” without the HRH.
