Today, Prince William the Duke of Cambridge became the Royal Patron for The Passage.
THE PASSAGE is the UK’s largest resource centre for homeless and insecurely housed people.
HRH first visited The Passage in 1993 as a child with his mother, Princess Diana and today, he joined volunteers and met clients supported by The Passage’s Home for Good project.
The charity has 450 regular volunteers who work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Every day, about 10 volunteers support The Passage Head Chef, Nour Shab in the kitchen.
HRH today joined volunteers in the kitchen as they prepared spaghetti bolognese for The Passage lunch service and helped serve lunch to the homeless.
God bless His Royal Highness Prince William the Duke of Cambridge and God save the Queen!
FOR GOD, QUEEN AND COUNTRY
