Today is the second day of the four-day celebration of Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
SERVICE OF THANKSGIVING
To celebrate the Queen’s 70-year reign, a service of Thanksgiving was held at St Paul’s Cathedral to celebrate and give thanks for The Queen’s historic 70-year reign and her lifetime of service.
HRH Prince Charles The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, along with other members of The Royal family were in attendance.
With a theme of public service, over 400 people from across the UK were invited in recognition of their contribution to public life.

Her Majesty The Queen was unable to attend the event due to health issues but is resting at Windsor Castle and is believed to have watched the service on television.
HRH Prince Andrew was also absent due to having tested positive for Covid.
